The public prosecutor's office archives the complaint against Albiol for an alleged hate crime during the eviction of the B9 in Badalona

The public prosecutor's office has archived the complaint filed by the Comuns MEP Jaume Asens against the mayor of Badalona, Xavier García Albiol, for an alleged hate crime and discrimination following the eviction of the former B9 high school, in December 2025.
