Madrid / BarcelonaThe second woman to denounce Íñigo ErrejónIn this case of rape, he has not ratified the facts before the judge, as reported by the online publication. The Objective And the lawyer for the alleged victim, Alfredo Arrién, has confirmed to ARA that this will likely lead to the provisional dismissal of the investigation that began a few weeks ago.

The lawyer explained to this newspaper that the woman, who according to the complaint is an actress "of recognized public notoriety and projection," has made the decision becauseShe is very anxious and afraid that her identity will be revealed." However, if she later changes her mind and decides to stand by her initial complaint, the case will be reopened.

The Madrid court specializing in violence against women, number 12, recently accepted this complaint, which is the second for alleged sexual assault against the former spokesperson for Sumar after the one filed by the actress Elisa Mouliaá, a case that is one step away from trial and that is also being handled by Alfredo Arrién.

The second complaint explained that the Podemos founder also forced the woman to have sex on more than one occasion in October 2021, using phrases like "if you scream, it will be worse" or "if you resist, it will be worse." In the most extreme case, it added, he even "forcibly penetrated" her despite her "repeatedly screaming" at him to stop.

The complainant had already requested witness protection due to "fear" of Errejón and the potential media repercussions of the case, the same reason she has now decided to drop it. It so happens that... Elisa Mouliaá almost withdrew her accusation due to an "emotional breakdown," as the defense claimed at the time.

The actress eventually retracted her statement, and now the case is only awaiting a ruling from the Madrid Provincial Court on Errejón's request for dismissal. This is the only remaining step before she has to appear in court.
