A second woman has accused Iñigo Errejón of sexual assault.
The events allegedly took place in 2021, and the lawyer for the alleged victim is the same one who defends the actress Elisa Mouliaá.

This woman is represented by lawyer Alfredo Arrién, the same lawyer who represents actress Elisa Mouliaá, who filed a complaint against Errejón in 2024 for events that occurred on October 8, 2021. A judge investigated and indicted him, and he has recently been scheduled to stand trial.
