The Senate eliminates cash to pay its members' expenses

The Senate has eliminated cash payments for its members' travel and subsistence expenses. The Senate's committee, with an absolute majority from the PP, made the decision following the controversy over the UCO report on cash expense payments to PSOE leaders.
