José Crespín, new delegate of the Spanish government in Catalonia

The new delegate of the Spanish government in Catalonia will be José Crespín, replacing Carlos Prieto, who has left the position to run at number 7 on the PSC lists for Barcelona in the upcoming Spanish elections. Until now, Crespín was the sub-delegate of the Government in Lleida.
