Starmer's No. 2 avoided paying taxes on a second home.

As the British Treasury threatens to raise taxes next year, Angela Rayner, the Starmer government's second-in-command, admitted this morning that she failed to pay the correct tax on a property she bought in May, which she declared as her primary residence even though it was her second home for tax purposes.
