A victim of Francoist tortures declares in Madrid for crimes against humanity

Carlos Serrano, a victim of torture during Franco's regime when he was 17 years old, has testified as a complainant before the Court of First Instance of Madrid. In the same case, Agustín Costo Martínez, one of the former police officers accused of the torture suffered in 1975, has exercised his right not to testify.
