The Prosecutor's Office supports the pardon of Álvaro García Ortiz

The Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court is in favor of a partial pardon for the former Attorney General of the State disqualification penalty. It alleges that he wanted to "preserve the good name of the institution" and maintains that the conviction has caused "intense and disproportionate consequences".
