The WHO cuts its departments by half due to Trump's cuts.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that it will halve its departments (from 76 to 34) and the members of its management team (from 14 to 7) to reduce its expenses, in response to the cuts of Donald Trump's government, which will stop funding the organization.
