It was set by the contest organized by the magazine KitchenAbacus and the Generalitat, which revealed the award at an event in the former Damm Factory, sponsor of the prize, presented the winning dish. The dish was the one championed by chefs Carles Gaig and Núria Bonet, as well as by the restaurants Can Culleres in Barcelona and Cal Marina in Anglesola.
