Second attempt to build 22 affordable rental apartments in Batea (Tarragona)

The Spanish government's affordable housing company, Casa 47, has re-tendered the construction of 22 apartments intended for affordable rent in Batea (Tarragona), after the proposal remained vacant in March. According to the announcement consulted by ARA, it increases the budget by about 850,000 euros.
