The Civil Guard is investigating the deaths of a woman and her 12-year-old daughter. Both were found dead this Tuesday in an apartment in Xilxes, Castellón, according to sources at the Town Hall cited by the EFE news agency. Emergency services received a report this afternoon of a possible double homicide. A local police patrol and a Civil Guard patrol were dispatched to the residence. Municipal sources added that the victims belonged to a well-known deaf family in the town. Xilxes has a population of approximately 3,000.
