They find a dead man in an overturned car in the Urgell canal and arrest the driver

The Mossos d'Esquadra have found a 42-year-old man dead in the front passenger seat of a car overturned in the Urgell canal, in Golmés (Pla d'Urgell), and have arrested the driver, who fled the scene and tested positive for alcohol, for reckless homicide.
