Barcelona will award the Gold Medal of the City to Lluís Permanyer

The Barcelona City Council plenary session agreed unanimously this Thursday to award the Gold Medal of the City to Lluís Permanyer, one of the city's most endearing chroniclers. The journalist passed away a year ago at the age of 86, after a life spent chronicling the stories of the Catalan capital.
