Constitutional Court President's statement on amnesty: "Our rulings are binding on everyone"

The president of the Constitutional Court, Cándido Conde-Pumpido, has issued a warning regarding the Supreme Court's reluctance to accept the amnesty and the possibility that it might try to stop it by repeatedly appealing to the CJEU. "Our rulings are binding on everyone," he said in an interview with RTVE.
