Societat Civil Catalana attempts to delay the application of the amnesty with a new filing

The Spanish entity Societat Civil Catalana (SCC) has presented a new brief of allegations to the Court of Auditors, asking it to clarify where the money used for "the expenses derived from the referendum" of 1-O comes from, before ruling on the application of the amnesty law.
