Barcelona commits to "limit access for tourists" to the Carmel bunkers

The City Council plenary session has approved a proposal from ERC to implement a system to regulate access to the batteries of Turó de la Rovira with the aim of "limiting access to tourists". The text received the votes in favor of Barcelona en Comú and the PSC after a transaction with the Republicans.
