For Jon Hamm, always remembered for having been Don Draper in Mad Men, things are going quite well in the television sphere. Aside from continuing with Vicios ocultos, the actor premieres this psychological thriller based on a true story that Hamm already narrated in a podcast. It is one of the series that has been most eagerly awaited, as it has been in preparation since 2022 and filming began in 2023. The actors' strike that year, however, delayed the entire process. Created by Silka Luisa with the approval of Ridley Scott, director of the film adaptation of the story created by Philip K. Dick, the fiction is set in a Los Angeles that is experiencing a replicant uprising. Michelle Yeoh plays the replicant Olwen, who knows she has only a few days left to live and is on a mission to find a group of missing rebel androids. The other key figure is Cora, played by Hunter Schafer, from Euphoria, a human who has been fleeing from blade runners for years and passes herself off as a replicant to survive. Luisa asserts that, beyond Scott's film and the sequel directed by Denis Villeneuve, her greatest inspiration has been the original material, the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (1968).
Netflix / November 26
One of the sensations of 2025 in the United States, even though the first season here has passed without making much of an impression. Las esposas cazadoras is one of those series that turns "the plot thickens" into an art form. Set in Texas, the fiction follows a group of women with glamorous and hedonistic lives who welcome a newcomer, Sophie, who has just moved to town together with her husband. The woman quickly becomes fascinated by the group leader, Margo, and her closeness leads her to become entangled in a web of lies, secrets, and murder when a teenager is found dead in the woods.
