The United Kingdom will deploy Typhoon fighter jets to Saudi Arabia for defensive-only tasks, with the intention of intercepting missiles and drones from the Houthi rebels in Yemen, who have recently intensified attacks against the kingdom. The mission will also include an A400M transport aircraft and military advisors.
