This zucchini invention devised by Semproniana chef Ada Parellada is quick and a way to put the oven to work.

- 4 eggs
- 40 g of flour

- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 150 g of creamy grated cheese

- Butter and flour for the mold
- A few cubes of butter (about 50 g)
- The step-by-step recipeWe grate the potatoes and the zucchini. We salt it and drain it with a cloth to extract as much water as possible. We mix the pulp with the eggs, the flour, the aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
- We grease a mold with butter and lightly flour it.
- We cut the ham into slices
- We put half of the mixture at the base of the mold. We cover it with the sliced ham and the cheese. We finish with the other half of the mixture and some butter cubes.
