Wallbox closes a capital increase of 11.75 million, bringing in Rafael Ruiz (Ebro)

Wallbox completes a capital increase of 11.75 million euros and welcomes Rafael Ruiz, chairman of the board of directors of Ebro Motors Group EV, to its capital. As explained this Thursday by the Catalan company, the increase culminates the financing planned in its restructuring plan.
