BarcelonaThe singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the tonadillera Isabel Pantoja remain among the taxpayers listed as debtors to the Tax Agency, where they were last year. The former's debt has decreased in this period from 865,601.41 euros to 835,287.38; and the latter's has risen from 1,009,253 to 1,273,872.59 euros. The television personalities Patricia Conde, with 714,615.12 euros; and Kiko Matamoros, with 600,740.64, have re-entered the list from which they had previously exited. Also remaining on this list are the hotelier and former vice-president of Barça, Joan Gaspart, with 993,154.94 euros, and the former banker Mario Conde, with 1,928,273.95 euros, among others.

A total of 5,853 taxpayers, 2.24% fewer than a year ago, appear on the list published by the state Tax Agency this Tuesday, the last day scheduled for its release. These are individuals and companies that, as of December 31, had an outstanding debt of over 600,000 euros, as established by the general tax law. The total outstanding debt is 15,432 million euros, 4.4% less, but it stands at 15,364 million if duplications are removed – when the principal debtor and joint and several guarantors coincide – which represents a 12.2% increase compared to last year's list.

Of the total debtors, 1,111 are individuals, 3.16% more than a year ago, and they owe 1,680 million, 6.39% more. The remaining 4,742 are legal entities (companies and corporations), with an outstanding debt of 13,752 million, 3.62% and 5.53% less in the latter case. Regarding 2,099 principal debtors, subsidiary or joint and several liability has been extended to third parties for an amount of 2,927 million, representing 19% of the total debt included in the list, according to data from the Tax Agency.

A total of 879 debtors who appeared on last year's June list are no longer on the one published today, with an amount of 1.729 million. Their removal may be due to the total or partial cancellation of debts or to obtaining a deferral or suspension as of December 31. It may also be due to the debt not being final. In contrast, a total of 735 debtors have entered the list for the first time, with an outstanding debt of 1,083 million euros. Since the publication of the previous list, 1,741 debtors have made payments totaling 220 million.

The Treasury published this Tuesday the 30th, the last day to do so, the list of people with debts exceeding 600,000 euros, not settled in the voluntary period and which were pending on December 31st last, and which were neither legally postponed nor suspended. On last year's list, the singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the flamenco singer Isabel Pantoja already appeared, with outstanding debts of 865,601.41 euros and 1,009,253 euros, respectively.

Last year's document also included the businessman and former vice-president of Barça, Joan Gaspart, with a debt of 994,839.69 euros, and the former vice-president of football referees, involved in a case of alleged payments by Barça, José María Enríquez Negreira, with a debt of 1,096,488.52 euros. Among the practically fixed figures on this list, published since 2015, was the former president of Banesto, Mario Conde, with a debt of 3.8 million. Also the actress Paz Vega, with an outstanding bill of 2.3 million euros. And Reyal Urbis remained the most indebted company, with 277.8 million.

The list published a year ago, which must be disseminated annually according to Article 95 bis of the General Tax Law, included a total of 5,997 debtors, both individuals and legal entities, representing 1.4% less than last year. The total outstanding debt was 16,138 million euros, 5.9% more than in 2024.
