BarcelonaThe singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the tonadillera Isabel Pantoja remains among the taxpayers who appear on the list of debtors with the Tax Agency, to which they were already last year. The debt of the first has decreased in this period from 865,601.41 euros to 835,287.38; and that of the second has risen from 1,009,253 to 1,273,872.59 euros. Television personalities Patricia Conde, with 714,615.12 euros, and Kiko Matamoros, with 600,740.64, have re-entered the list from which they had left.

This list includes the hotel businessman and former vice-president of Barça, Joan Gaspart, with 993,154.94 euros, or the former banker Mario Conde, with 1,928,273.95 euros, as well as the actress Paz Vega, who has also been on the list for a long time, with a debt of 1,846,967.61 euros, or the businessman Gonzalo Comella Vallescar, with 2,603,168.65. Also on the list is Nueva Rumasa, from the Ruiz-Mateos family, with an outstanding amount of 8.9 million, as well as sports entities such as Reus Football Club, with 1,340,986.42 euros, or Menorca Basquet, with 1,673,206.65.

In the companies section, Reyal Urbis stands out, remaining on the list with a debt of 265 million, down from the previous 277.8 million, as well as a group of Abengoa companies, which total around 107 million pending with public coffers. Other well-known companies on the list include the Spanish subsidiary of the American Toys R Us, with 3.2 million, or the former Laurenfilms, with 7.6 million.

A total of 5,853 taxpayers, 2.24% fewer than a year ago, appear on the list published by the state Tax Agency this Tuesday, the last day scheduled for its release. These are individuals and companies that, on December 31, had an outstanding debt of more than 600,000 euros, as established by the general tax law. The total outstanding debt is 15,432 million euros, 4.4% less, but it stands at 15,364 million if duplications are removed – when the main debtor and the joint guarantors coincide – which represents 12.2% more than the list from a year ago.

Of the total debtors, 1,111 are individuals, 3.16% more than a year ago, and they owe 1,680 million, 6.39% more. The rest, 4,742, are legal entities (companies and corporations), with an outstanding debt of 13,752 million, 3.62% and 5.53% less in the latter. Regarding 2,099 principal debtors, subsidiary or joint and several liability has been transferred to third parties for an amount of 2,927 million, which represents 19% of the total amount of debt included in the list, according to data from the Tax Agency.

Of the total amount of debt, 4,288 million, 28% of the total, belongs to debtors who are in insolvency proceedings. There are 1,166, one-fifth of the total. In this regard, the possibilities of effective debt collection are limited while the proceedings last. In last year's list, it was 4,507 million, 28% of the total, from 1,224 debtors, one-fifth of all.

A total of 879 debtors who appeared on last year's June list no longer appear on the one published today, with an amount of 1,729 million. Their removal may be due to the total or partial cancellation of debts or to obtaining a deferral or suspension until December 31. It may also be due to the debt not being firm. In contrast, a total of 735 debtors have entered the list for the first time, with an outstanding debt of 1,083 million euros. Since the publication of the previous list, 1,741 debtors have made payments totaling 220 million.

The Treasury published this Tuesday the 30th, the last day to do so, the list of individuals with debts exceeding 600,000 euros, not settled in the voluntary period and which were pending on December 31 last, and which were neither legally deferred nor suspended. On last year's list, the singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the tonadilla singer Isabel Pantoja already appeared, with outstanding debts of 865,601.41 euros and 1,009,253 euros, respectively.

In last year's document, businessman and former Barça vice-president Joan Gaspart was also listed, with a debt of 994,839.69 euros, as was the former vice-president of football referees, involved in a case of alleged payments by Barça, José María Enríquez Negreira, with a debt of 1,096,488.52 euros. Among the practically fixed figures on this list, published since 2015, was the former president of Banesto, Mario Conde, with a debt of 3.8 million. Also, the actress Paz Vega, with an outstanding bill of 2.3 million euros. And Reyal Urbis remained the most delinquent company, with 277.8 million.

The list published a year ago, which must be disseminated annually according to article 95 bis of the general tax law, included a total of 5,997 debtors, both individuals and legal entities, representing 1.4% less than last year. The total outstanding debt was 16,138 million euros, 5.9% more than in 2024.
