Isabel Pantoja and Bertín Osborne, among those in arrears with the Treasury
The list published every June by the Treasury also includes the former vice president of Barça, Joan Gaspart.


BarcelonaThe singer and presenter Bertín Osborne and the singer Isabel Pantoja appears on the list of defaulters with the State Tax Agency, with outstanding debts of €865,601.41 and €1,009,253, respectively. The Treasury published this Friday the list of people with debts exceeding €600,000, which have not been settled during the voluntary period and which were outstanding on December 31st, and which were neither deferred nor legally suspended.
Businessman and former vice president of Barça, Joan Gaspart, is on the list with a debt of €994,839.69; as is José María Enríquez Negreira, the former vice president of the football referees team implicated in a case of alleged payments by Barça, with €1,096,488.52. Among the virtually permanent fixtures on this list, published since 2015, is the former president of Banesto, Mario Conde, with a debt of €3.8 million. Also appearing is actress Paz Vega, with an outstanding bill of €2.3 million. Reyal Urbis remains the most delinquent company, with €277.8 million.
Other individuals on the list include Iñaki Urdangarín's former partner, Diego Torres (€940,000), and businessmen Ángel de Cabo (€10.73 million) and Rafael Gómez Sánchez—known as "Sandokán"—with €2.1 million in debt, and Abascal, with €640,802.
The list published this Friday, which must be disseminated annually according to Article 95 bis of the General Tax Law, includes a total of 5,997 debtors, including individuals and legal entities, representing a 1.4% decrease compared to last year. The total outstanding debt is €16.138 billion, a 5.9% increase compared to 2024. If taxpayers who appear more than once due to being part of a company or other entities are eliminated, the total figure is €13.697 billion, 8.5% more than in the previous list.
Individuals and legal entities
According to the list, 1,077 are individuals owing €1.579 billion, compared to 1,052 for a total of €1.500 billion on last year's list. In total, there are 4,920 legal entities (companies and entities) with a combined debt of €14.558 billion, compared to 5,032 for a total of €13.737 billion the previous year.
A total of 805 debtors who appeared on last year's list have disappeared from this year's list, with an outstanding debt of €1.361 billion. This removal can occur either through full or partial cancellation of the debt or through obtaining a debt deferral or suspension.
The document published this Friday includes 718 debtors not listed on last year's list, with a debt of 2.272 billion. Since the list was published last year, a total of 1,748 debtors with debts as of December 31, 2023, have paid 221 million to the treasury.
