The Euribor is already anticipating mortgage increases for the first time since April 2024

The twelve-month Euribor is rising sharply in March and today reaches a provisional average rate of 2.407%, which, if confirmed at the end of the month, would make variable mortgages more expensive for the first time since April 2024.
