The DO Penedès adds a new sparkling wine made by Jean Leon with the ancestral Forcada variety

The Penedès Designation of Origin (DO) adds a new sparkling wine to its offering based on an ancestral variety, Forcada. The harvest of this grape will be handled by the Jean Leon winery to produce the Clàssic Penedès which will be named Jean Leon Forcada Brut Nature.
