Esseco withdraws its takeover bid for Ercros following the conditions imposed by the CNMC.

The Italian group Esseco has withdrawn its takeover bid for Ercros. It notified the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of this on Monday. The move follows the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) will condition the operation to undo the agreement with the Korean firm UNID.
