Digi announces its stock market debut in Spain

Digi Spain, the Spanish subsidiary of the Romanian telecommunications operator Digi, has announced its intention to go public so that its shares can be traded on the stock exchanges of Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, and Valencia.
