Congress approves processing not penalizing early retirement with 40 years of contributions

Congress has approved taking into consideration a bill from Podemos to eliminate pension cuts for those who retire early with 40 years or more of contributions. However, several political groups have warned of the risk that the initiative might ultimately end up "in a drawer".
