Competition investigates Exolum for denying access to third parties to its facilities at the port of Tarragona

The National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) has opened sanctioning proceedings against the company Exolum for three possible abuses of dominant position and for denying access to a third competitor to its transport and storage facilities at the port of Tarragona.
