Audax announces a voluntary takeover bid on the Norwegian Elmera

The renewable energy company Audax announced this Thursday the launch of a voluntary public takeover bid (PTB) for 100% of the capital of the Norwegian energy company Elmera for 404 million euros, as the group has reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
