The Meteocat automatic weather station located in Núria (1,971 m altitude in the Ripollès region) has measured a total of 144 cm of accumulated snow today. This is a new record for snow depth at this location in 26 years of data collection, slightly exceeding the 142 cm recorded in January 2006.
