Localized flooding on the Barcelona coastline due to a heavy downpour

The downpours falling over the sea are brushing some stretches of the Barcelona coast this morning, leaving local heavy bursts of rain. This is the case in the seaside neighborhoods of the Catalan capital itself, where locally more than 10 or 15 l/m² have been exceeded in a few minutes, which has caused localized flooding.
