A neighborhood protest in Badalona has blocked the C-31 highway in both directions. The protest is causing a three-kilometer traffic jam southbound and a two-kilometer northbound one. The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) are mediating with the protesters, and the blockade is expected to be lifted shortly.
