One million euro prize for Barcelona for a rehabilitation project

The Renovation as a Service (Raas) housing rehabilitation project, spearheaded by the Barcelona City Council, has won the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayors Challenge. As the winner, Barcelona will receive one million dollars, along with operational support and additional funding to scale the project.
