A Civil Guard officer and two other men have been remanded in custody for the death of a suspected smuggler.

The Solsona judge has remanded a retired Civil Guard officer and two other men to pretrial detention, allegedly involved in a homicide in the Barony of Rialb (Noguera) in 2022. The victim, a suspected smuggler, was shot in the chest from 100 meters away.
