Barcelona raises the price of Bicing

Barcelona's governing commission has approved a 15% price increase for Bicing trips. Thus, a 30-minute ride on electric bikes will now cost €0.40, up from €0.35, and a second half-hour ride on mechanical bikes—where the first 30 minutes are free—will now cost €0.81, up from €0.70.
