BarcelonaMagical night at the Nova Creu Alta, which celebrated Sabadell's promotion. The 'arlequinats' defeated Zamora (4-0) in the second leg of the play-off final, overturning the initial goal deficit from the first leg. The goals from López-Pinto in the first half, Eneko at the limit of regular time, and Quadri and Xavi Moreno in added time, brought delirium to the stands of a city that returns to professional football after five seasons.

Sabadell achieved promotion after completing a magnificent play-off, with two comebacks at home, starting by overcoming a 2-0 deficit against Real Madrid Castilla. In the final, Zamora also fell to the local passion of a team that dominated the second leg from the start, taking the lead with a spectacular goal from López-Pinto, who hammered a shot into the top corner with a very powerful strike from the edge of the box in the 18th minute.

The Leonese team tried to react, but the good Arlequinada defense, always orderly, wasted the attacks of a Zamora that only had one clear chance in the whole match, with a shot against the post in the second half. At that moment, the match was still with a minimal victory for Sabadell that would have led the final to extra time. The visitors, moreover, resorted to video arbitration to claim a penalty and an expulsion that the referee did not grant.

It seemed that extra time was inevitable, until in a fortunate play, Eneko Aguilar collected a ball in the small area that had been deflected by the post and, alone in front of the goalkeeper, did not miss. It was the 90th minute and with seven added, Zamora had no choice but to throw themselves into attack, giving up spaces for a Sabadell that sealed it with Quadri Liamed's goal.

The euphoria was maximum, there was a pitch invasion and the match had to be stopped for a few minutes, but the promotion was not in danger. So much so that, when the game resumed, Sabadell made the victory even greater with a final goal from Xavi Moreno, celebrated with fireworks at the Nova Creu Alta.
