Barcelona approves the plan to reopen the Capitol

The Barcelona City Council has provisionally approved the plan to recover the Capitol Theatre with votes from the PSC, Junts, and the PP. Barcelona en Comú and ERC have questioned the operation – which involves reclassifying the Telefónica building in Portal de l' Àngel – and the commons have called it a "real estate speculation".
