An electrical breakdown leaves 13,000 customers in Alt Empordà without light

An electrical incident on a medium voltage line has left 13,000 customers in four towns in Alt Empordà without power: Llançà, Colera, Portbou, and Peralada. The breakdown occurred around 6 a.m. The company Endesa has announced that it has already been able to restore part of the service.
