Turull celebrates "the absolute disauthorization" of the TC to "all activist judges"

The secretary general of Junts, Jordi Turull, has asserted that the Constitutional Court's endorsement of the amnesty in the first plenary debate represents "an absolute disavowal of all those judges who have preferred to engage in political activism instead of fulfilling their duty to apply the amnesty law".
