The Public Prosecutor's Office considers that the ECJ ruling does not affect the cases of Jové and Salvadó

The Superior Prosecutor's Office of Catalonia believes that the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) does not affect the proceedings against Josep Maria Jové and Lluís Salvadó: it does not rule on whether the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) should withdraw its preliminary questions.
