The judge processes the three Mossos who allegedly helped Puigdemont escape

The judge has prosecuted the three Mossos d'Esquadra who allegedly helped Carles Puigdemont flee in August 2024. The magistrate had dismissed the case, but an appeal by the Hazte Oír prosecution led the Court to reopen the case for the crime of omission of the duty to prosecute crimes.
