Judge Nuria Ruiz Tobarra, presiding over the DANA case, has granted the request of the prosecution, Acció Cultural del País Valencià, and has agreed to hold a confrontation between the former regional secretary of the Presidency of the Generalitat, José Manuel Cuenca, and the former Minister of Justice, Salomé Pradas.
