The ECHR definitively closes the espionage case against Quim Torra and Josep Costa with Pegasus

It already did so last year by inadmissibly admitting submissions made by the former vice-president of the Parliament Josep Costa, and it has done so again now with the request submitted by the former president of the Government Quim Torra: the Strasbourg Court dismisses any indication of a violation of their rights due to Pegasus espionage.
