Junts spokesperson Josep Rius has clung to caution this Monday regarding the amnesty, after magistrate Pablo Llarena has opened up to lifting the arrest warrant for Carles Puigdemont following the first TC ruling on embezzlement. "We have been hearing rumors for nine years," he said.
