ERC registers a proposal in Congress to guarantee that estelades are not confiscated

ERC has registered this Thursday a non-binding proposal in Congress for the Spanish government to "adopt the necessary measures" to ensure that there is "no political, police or particular instruction" that prevents the display of Esteladas, especially in sporting events.
