ERC brands state investment in Catalonia as a "failure" of the Government

Elisenda Alamany, Secretary General of ERC, denounced this Monday the "systematic punishment" that, she said, Catalonia suffers due to the lack of state investment. The republican leader assured that the data show the "failure of the Illa government in front of its friendly PSOE government".
