The human tower day of the second weekend of May has delivered the first major blows to the table with the premiere of the 9-story towers. The Castellers de Vilafranca have completed the first 9-story tower of the season in Les Cabanyes, unloading the 3d9f, in a performance that has also served to consolidate 8-story structures and the high range of 7. The 'greens' have completed the 4d8 and the 2d7, in addition to the 9d7 and the 7d7.

In Lleida, the Colla Vella performs the 4d9f

In Lleida, the Colla Vella dels Xiquets de Valls has unloaded the 4d9f, in a high-level performance that they completed with the 5d8, the 2d8f, and the pillar of 6. The pink ones thus sign their first major performance of the season after weeks of practice with the high range of 8. In the same festival, the Moixiganguers de Igualada have unloaded the 3d8, the 2d8f, and the 4d8, while the Castellers de Lleida have debuted the first 2d7 of the season, accompanied by the 7d7 and the 4d8. The day also featured the Xiquets de Reus, who unloaded the 4d8, the 5d7, and the 4d7 with the needle.

Premieres in Cubelles

In Cubelles, the Colla Jove Xiquets de Tarragona has confirmed their good form. The 'lilac' team has premiered the 2d8 with folre and the 4d8 with the needle, two constructions they have completed along with the 3d8 and the second pilar de 6 of the season. At the same event, the Nens del Vendrell have downloaded the 4d8, the 7d7, and the 3d7, and the Bordegassos de Vilanova have completed the 5d7, the 3d7, and the 7d7. For their part, the Castellers del Foix have signed the 3d7, the 5d6, and the 2d6.

The Sants festival consolidates Joves and Sants and boosts Xiquets

On the anniversary of the Castellers de Sants, the Colla Joves Xiquets de Valls has completed two basic eight-story castles and a postcard-perfect 2d7. For their part, the Xiquets de Tarragona have debuted the first 4d8 of the season after the one they loaded at the start of the course. They have accompanied it with the 7d7 and the 5d7, in addition to a 'vano' of 5 that aims to grow in the coming weeks. The hosts, the Castellers de Sants, have delivered a very solid performance with the 3d8 and 4d8 competently completed, and a worked 2d8 with 'folre'.

Purple Cathedral at the Modernist Fair

The Minyons de Terrassa have met their objectives at the Modernist Fair/Xavi Bacardit Memorial by completing the year's first 5d8. The egarenses also completed the 2d8 with folre and the 4d8, in a performance that confirms their good form.

The pd6 remains charged in Sant Cugat

At the Sant Ponç Fair in Sant Cugat del Vallès, the Castellers de la Vila de Gràcia have completed the two basic towers of 8 and the 2d8 with folre, although the 6-story pillar was left as loaded in the pillar round. The Castellers de Sant Cugat have premiered the 4d8, accompanied by the 7d7 and the 2d7. For their part, the Castellers de Sabadell have unloaded the 4d8, the 3d8, and the 7d7.

Girona: high range and regularity

In Girona's Temps de Flors, the Capgrossos de Mataró have completed the 2d7, the 4d8, and the 9d7, in a very complete performance. The Marrecs de Salt have opted for the 7-tower and the 9d7, accompanied by the 4d8. The Xics de Granollers have achieved the 4d8, the 3d8, and the 7-tower, and the Sagals d’Osona have completed the 7d7 and the 4d7. The 3d8, however, ended up breaking.
