Eurovision changes rules and Israel will not be able to host the contest while it is at war

The European Broadcasting Union has introduced changes to the rules of the Eurovision Song Contest. One of the most relevant ones entails that countries participating in armed conflicts cannot become hosts of the event for having won it in the previous edition.
