Trump again threatens Iran's infrastructure and resumes negotiations in Pakistan
The President of the United States reacts to the announcement of the new blockade of the Strait of Hormuz by the Revolutionary Guard
Donald Trump reiterated this midday, on his Truth Social network, threats to Iran's energy infrastructure, after yesterday the Revolutionary Guard attacked "a French ship and a British cargo ship" and again closed the Strait of Hormuz. "A total violation of our ceasefire agreement!", he proclaimed, after announcing that he is sending representatives to Pakistan again to resume negotiations for the peace agreement.
"We are offering a very fair and reasonable deal, and I hope they accept it because, if they don't, the United States will eliminate each and every power plant and each and every bridge in Iran," wrote the President of the United States, adding later that if Tehran does not accept the deal, "it will be an honor for me to do what it takes, what other presidents should have done with Iran for the last 47 years."
"They are the ones losing with the passage closed: 500 million dollars a day!", Trump added to his extensive message, in which he also expresses surprise that Iran is blocking the Strait of Hormuz again, since, as he explains, he also keeps it blocked. "They are helping us without knowing it." In this way, the fragility of the ceasefire that both countries agreed upon a few days ago becomes evident.
